APPEL AUX PEUPLES ARC-EN-CIEL

En France, dans le département de l’Oise, le FN (front national) gagne près de 20% de votants entre le premier tour et le second de l’élection législative partielle.
Le drame : est celui que les 2 grands partis qui s’accaparent les responsabilités au sein de la vie politique française ont peu d’écart dans l’application de leurs politiques respectives marquées par le sceau du libéralisme économique.
Jean-Luc MELANCHON , hausse le ton auprès du gouvernement et a apostrophé vigoureusement le Ministre MOSCOVICI, cependant, si le Gouvernement met en garde le PC( Parti Communiste) dans la perspective des élections municipales en 2014, de choisir son camp : ou faire alliance et conserver bien des élus, ou de faire cavalier seul , que se passera t-il ?
Cependant, même si MELANCHON crie fort, hausse le verbe, il n’engrange pas (les représentants du front de gauche) les voix dans les milieux populaires ;Il a capté une partie déçue de l’électorat socialiste, mais les employés, ouvriers, paysans et chômeurs ) votent plus largement pour le FN.
Une vingtaine de jeunes ont détroussé les voyageurs dans un train comme lors des attaques de diligence et de trains au XIXe siècle dans le Texas ou l’Arizona, et dose d’humour, il n’y a pas eu de Wyatt Earp, ou de Wild Bill Hickok, pour les en empêcher !
Plus grave, est le fait que l’avenir apparaît bouché, l’argent difficile à gagner dans des conditions normales de salarié, alors l’argent facile est recherché. Ceci, car présentement à la jeunesse : ni les parents, ni l’école, ne peuvent leur garantir un avenir radieux !
Le gouvernement français n’a pu remanier les critères européens malgré les affirmations du candidat HOLLANDE, avant d’être élu Président.
Les françaises et les françaises; constatent que chaque fois qu’un sujet est important, l’accouchement à Bruxelles se fait aux forceps au petit jour, par un compromis qui ne règle aucunement la solidité européenne.
Des sécheresses épouvantables ou des cyclones et inondations catastrophiques; médiatisées et accentuées par la maltraitance de l’environnement, la fonte des glaces, la menace qui pèse sur bien des espèces animales et végétales; ajoutent à l’inquiétude et au désarroi de la peur du chômage, de la délocalisation, ou du pouvoir d’achat en baisse.
Pour s’en sortir, il faut le courage d’organisations aussi différentes dans leurs origines et compositions que : UNILETRAS (Nations Unies des lettres) dont l’objectif est de transmettre par la culture et l’éducation des valeurs de paix et d’harmonie à la jeunesse. C’est également la philosophie d’un mouvement comme les baha’ies, comme du réseau des citoyens du monde, des clubs UNESCO, de l’organisation bouddhiste SGI, avec ses Universités Soka, et dont le Président IKEDA, afin d’éviter d’être balloté par les phénomènes extérieurs prône une riche vie intérieure par une spiritualité créatrice de paix et d’harmonie.
A l’échelle internationale, pour s’en sortir, il faudrait que les Chefs d’Etat et de gouvernement fassent preuve : non seulement de courage et de réalisme politique concernant l’état du monde, mais qu’ils appliquent à la politique ce que le Professeur GALTUNG, (lequel dirige un institut mondial de recherche pour la paix) applique pour la résolution des conflits : je veux citer ce qu’il appelle le dépassement par la créativité.
L’une des décisions du G20, devenu G32 : en intégrant plus de pays arabes, de l’Océanie, l’Australie, l’Etat d’Israël, serait de préparer les Etats généraux du Millénaire avec la participation de tous les Etas existants sur la planète et avec des représentants actifs et reconnus de la société civile et avec la participation des Institutions internationales : ONU, UNESCO, charte de la terre, Conseil de L’EUROPE, OMC, FMI, OIT, etc. Ceci, afin de remettre à plat les soucis de notre monde, ses enjeux et perspectives, et ce en oubliant, les a priori partisans idéologiques et politiques.
Franc maçon, libre penseur, agnostique, adepte du libéralisme économique ou du socialisme planifié, Chrétien, Bouddhiste ou Musulman, chinois ou américain, indien ou japonais, européen ou non , bref, la seule préoccupation devant être celle de trouver un sens et un cap pour l’humanité . Revoir les critères de gestion actuels de l’économie et de la finance dépassés, ceci, car ils ne placent plus l’être humain au centre du dispositif.
Alors que le III e millénaire est engagé, le souci du bonheur des peuples passe par un électro choc à la fois national et mondial.
